Rovez Ingram, Principal

I am absolutely ecstatic to be serving as the principal of Marguerite Christian Elementary! I am confident the school year will be amazing and the Marguerite Christian Lions will be feasting on success!

In 2004, I graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. Afterwards, I took my first teaching position with Richmond Public Schools and I taught fifth, fourth, and second grades. During my ten year tenure with RPS, I attended Virginia Commonwealth University and earned a Master of Education degree in Special Education, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Educational Leadership. I obtained a grade four teaching position with Chesterfield County Public Schools in 2014, and was promoted to assistant principal the following year. I served as the assistant principal of Matoaca Elementary for three years.

In my leisure, I enjoy spending time with my wife and my two sons. Additionally, I love grilling, traveling, and watching the Carolina Panthers during football season!

I’m looking forward to partnering with all members of the Marguerite Christian family to make this an exciting school year! Please don’t hesitate to contact me if I can be of any assistance. #PowerofthePride

Gilbani Feliciano-Lugo, Associate Principal

It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as the Associate Principal of Marguerite Christian Elementary School. I am very humbled and honored to join this beautiful community.

After moving to the United States from my native country, Puerto Rico, I joined the CCPS family as a Spanish teacher at Alberta Smith Elementary School, where I taught for 11 years. I obtained my first administrative position as the Dean of Students at Elizabeth Davis Middle School and have served as Beulah’s Assistant Principal for two years.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in 2006. I completed a Spanish as a Foreign Language Endorsement from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008. I also graduated from the University of Virginia with a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision.

My vision is to increase equity for all students, provide culturally relevant learning experiences, and build strong relationships with students, families, and the community.

My husband and I, along with our two sons, love playing and watching basketball. Our favorite teams are the NBA Lakers and UVA. GO Hoos! We also LOVE cuddling and playing with our two French bulldogs.

I am eager to see you all and hope that you are as excited as I am for this upcoming school year. Please feel free to contact me if I may ever be of assistance to you. You may call me at (804) 530-5733 or email me at gilbani_feliciano@ccpsnet.net. #PowerofthePride

Tina Wyatt, Dean of Students

I am honored and super excited about serving as the next Dean of Students here at Marguerite Christian! I feel blessed to become a part of the Lions’ community.

I come to you with a wealth of experience.  This is my thirtieth year in education.  I have taught in Petersburg City, Hopewell City (at a private, Christian school), Richmond City, and here in Chesterfield County.  Before coming to M. Christian, I taught at Harrowgate Elementary for twenty years. During my career, I have taught Kindergarten, Second and Third grade and have served in a variety of leadership roles.

I am a proud graduate of Virginia State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  In 2016, I earned my Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from Liberty University in Lynchburg.

One of my favorite roles is being a mom.  My husband and I are the parents of three beautiful girls that are all products of Chesterfield County Schools.  We love the education that they have been afforded here and I am totally invested in their lives and the lives of the children that I serve in this community. In my leisure time, however, I love visiting the beach, shopping and spending as much time with my family as possible.

I look forward to building relationships with students, families, and all stakeholders.  I am confident that as we partner together, we will ensure the best school year for every child. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.

I am proud to be a part of “The Pride.”

Go Lions!!!
